How Psychic Are You?
Ever see, feel or sense an event before it happened? (that's called precognition... and 80% of all people report some level of this happening in our lives)
Or, have you ever had a strong sense having been somewhere before... even though you know in your bones it's the very first time you have? (that's deja vu... probably the most well known new age psychic ability)
The truth is, actually decoding what IS (and what is NOT) psychic is a pretty hard task by itself.
Believe it or not, it can even be downright controversial, even in spiritual circles themselves!
For example?
Depending on who you ask, EVEN in the spiritual "field" itself, you'll get widely different answers from various professional people on whether EVERYONE has some type of psychic ability, or whether you've got to be born with the gift to have something worth talking about.
Here is my thoughts on the matter...
Even though many people disagree, I like to say that EVERYONE has at least some psychic skill.
In some respects, I liken intuition, and the ability to pick up information in the atmosphere to changing the channel. Rather than looking at psychic skills as something that is part of the body, or the "biology" of the medium, clairvoyant or empath who has the gift, instead... I believe it's a universal experience of being able to tune in, and tap into a field of energy and information that is out THERE. (and that often you can learn to do on your own with practices like mediation, creative visualization and training your brain to filter out more noise, and attract more spiritual signal:-)
That said, some people DO have more natural talent than others, and to ignore that fact would be to ignore the obvious. (e.g. - a gifted medium who has spent 20 years tapping into this energy and interpreting the information is going to be far superior than someone who is getting glimpses and flashes of information, but isn't 100% quite sure what they mean)
Here are a few very common types of psychic abilities and in very broad and general terms, what they represent.
Channeling
Every good medium is doing some sort of channeling in my opinion. They are acting as a conduit between THIS world and the next and allowing the information and energy from one world to flow to, and through them into this. I believe that everyone CAN be a channel with practice. But as above, it often takes years of practice to do it well. (and consistently)
Aura Reading
Being able to see and sense energy and emotion around people (and things) is a very common psychic ability as well. The idea that every human body has an energetic system that can be visually represented by color dates back thousands of years. The Chakra system is a good example of an ancient philosophy which incorporates the idea of both energy... and a color coded process by which to interpret the emotional equilibrium of people around us, all of the time. (amongst other things!)
Telepathy
Many people feel a mind to mind, or emotional connection with other people that defies scientific scrutiny. Twins, for example... are said to be able to feel the thoughts of their other half without a word being spoken. Many mothers admit to being able to hear the thoughts, especially distressful thoughts, of a child in need, often thousands of miles away. The idea that when we love someone, or are deeply connected to them on some special level, that our "minds" merge in some way and allow reciprocal access when intention and attention is set, is something I've seen in my own life in hundreds of unique cases.
Precognition
Lastly, (but DEFINITELY not least..:-) precognition. What is it? Probably the most common type of psychic experience there is. Feeling the future before it happens. Sensing someone is going to call... moments before they do. (often someone you haven't thought of, or heard from in years... and a few hours after having the thought, they are on the phone or in your inbox out of the blue)
Sensing danger before it happens... and then watching as what you saw or sensed, comes to fruition.
Many professional mediums, for example... will tell stories about their first psychic or spiritual experience being one where they felt a foreboding about a loved one, or a neighbor, or saw someone die days or even hours before it inexplicably happened.
Precognition is a powerful and very persuasive experience that can provide personal PROOF that psychic abilities really are true... especially when it happens to you!
Other types of psychic abilities we aren't going to cover here include remote viewing, common clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience and the more subtle sensory experience of picking up information from others, or the atmosphere.
Some people have very specific gifts as they pertain to spiritual tools and techniques - like ouija, using mirrors (often for seeing spirit), minerals and even common every day objects that are used for psychometry. (being able to access emotions, and information from objects)
I have friends who can't do ANY of the above... but who regularly experience astral projection and can consciously leave their bodies... AND offer up verifiable information to a bunch of us in a group, that would make your head spin.

Full Moon in Aquarius and Rare Star of David Coming Up
On August 25th we have a very powerful configuration in the heavens: A Grand Square, A Grand Sextile and a Star of David.
This is a unique opportunity to transform all the tension of the Grand Square (e.g. unrest and violence in Egypt and Syria,) and to bring peace and harmony to our planet. It's a wonderful time to connect with others of like mind who want to raise the vibrations on our earth.
Scientific studies have shown that groups of people meditating have reduced crime rates in major cities in various parts of the world. Despite the conflicts, with these favourable aspects, if enough of us can come together and pray for peace and for the caring of people and our planet, we can truly change our world for the better.
During this Full Moon in Aquarius, it's important to be the individual that you are. No one on this earth is like you. You are absolutely unique and it's time to shine a light on your special qualities. Dare to be different and to stand out from the rest! We have a tendency to want to conform and to try to "fit in" but the more you try to do that, the unhappier you'll probably become. When you are ready to take the risk to just be yourself, not worry about pleasing anyone, you'll feel more comfortable in your own skin and you'll attract people into your life who will like you just the way you are. It can be quite a challenging transition for those of you who are new to this, but the more you get into it, the easier life becomes.
I can certainly identify with this as I spent a lifetime trying to please other people, and it never ever worked. I contorted myself and tied myself in knots and they still didn't love me in the way I wanted to be loved.
When I first started out making videos for YouTube, if there was one mildly negative comment, I would be devastated for days. Oh dear, that person didn't love me, what do I need to change in order to be loved by everyone?? If someone didn't like a video, again, I would be so upset. I have to confess that at the beginning, I used to remove all negative comments because I couldn't bear seeing them.
Sometimes I would have over 100 likes on a video and just one dislike, and I'd be crying again because one person who I never knew and had never met disliked my video!
Gradually, as I realised that I would never ever please everyone all of the time, I decided to keep on going. It was a slow process. Sometimes the comments were really hostile and I would be quite upset, but then I had to separate the comments that were meant to be rude, from the negative comments that were meant to help me improve my performance and improve my abilities as an astrologer. As long as the negative comments are helpful, I welcome them. But as anyone who is in the public eye can tell you, the comments that are designed just to hurt you or because they are having a bad day and are taking it out on the person who is either writing or videoing, serve no useful purpose and those really should be ignored. And they also act as a nice balance for the hundreds of positive comments that I get, all of which are deeply appreciated.
And that brings me back to this Full Moon in Aquarius. Dare to displease someone!! Take a risk!! Do what you really want to do, what speaks to you from your heart and to hell with the rest!! You might be pleasantly surprised at the consequences.
Aquarius is all about finding new solutions to problems and thinking outside the box. One of the definitions of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and hoping for a different result. Aquarians often have the ability to detach themselves emotionally from a situation and are able to come up with a new perspective. Wherever this Full Moon falls in your chart is where you need to come up with new ideas. For example, if it falls in your 2nd house of money, maybe it's time to look at your financial situation in a new way. Maybe it's time to look at new ways of making money. Maybe it's falling in your 7th house of relationships and you need to have a new perspective on a relationship that has been bothering you. Maybe it's falling in your 10th house of career and it's time for a change in direction of your career.
In my chart, it falls in my first house, so I'm looking at new ways in which I can present myself, how I can make myself more interesting and different. I'm forcing myself to try to learn something new every single day.
Because so many of you have asked me to improve the sound on my videos, I have just ordered a new camera and microphone. I am a little nervous about the steep learning curve I will have to undergo to be able to use it, but again, it's a great Aquarian adventure to learn new technology and to be forced out of my comfort zone. Every time I have done this in the past, I have grown and been able to do more and share more of value with others.
So fingers crossed I won't be tearing my hair out with learning all this new technology and that you will all benefit from beautiful sound and picture quality of my future videos.

The Laws Of The Universe Are The Keys To Successful Living
I have been reading a very insightful book by Raymond Holliwell entitled 'Working with the Law'. This book, explains very simply the universal laws which we need to learn and understand before we can adjust our mindset to these enlightening concepts. The Laws of the Universe are the keys to successful living.
The Age of Aquarius
These laws govern and control our universe and operate from a higher level, which may seem strange from our worm's eye earthly view. We are now living in the Age of Aquarius, which is more a mental and scientific age; compared with the Pisces age that was built more on emotions and faith. We are at the beginning of this new age and the more we grow into it, the more these laws will make sense. We are beginning to realize that we live in a sea of energy waves. Learning to understand about energy so we can begin to use it successfully is one aspect of this Aquarian Age.

Pet Cemetery
Last night was creepy. I went to the pet cemetery in Hamilton, NJ. The place is called Pet Meadow, and It is definitely haunted!
I had planned a trip to the pet cemetery that evening, and decided to call my sister. My sister lives near the pet cemetery, so I asked her if she wanted to go with me to take some pictures. She said "that's weird, I was just there taking some pictures." We both started to laugh, because we knew it was weird. This was not the first time strange things happened like this to my sister and I. She stayed home, but we did agree, it was a sign for me to go to the cemetery.
My friend Bob finally arrived, and off to the pet cemetery we went. On the way to the cemetery, I felt that feeling I usually get. Something inside told me something was going to happen. I'm glad I had the chance to go, because we had a lot of experiences that evening.
On arrival we got readings immediately from the EMF reader. The EMF reader was spiking to around 3. I got a lot of voices on the P-SB7. We literally just walked up to the cemetery, and we were getting a lot of activity. we kept seeing things out of the corner of our eyes, that made it even more creepy. Black shadows everywhere. The pet cemetery was a good choice for that evening.
As we walk through the cemetery, I started getting a lot of readings from confused animals. It was about a half an hour into our ghost hunting, when I heard a bark come from the P-SB7. I have to tell you, I didn't expect that to happen, but it did happen. I was so angry at myself for not getting that on video. You never know when something is going to come through from the other side. Next time, remind me not to stop taping.
As I stood in the middle of the graveyard, I felt something brush up against my leg. I jumped, of course, I didn't see anything, but I did feel those goose-bumps again. The EMF reader started going crazy. It was right against me, I could feel it leaning on me. I couldn't tell of it was a dog or a cat, because it didn't reveal itself to me. After a couple of seconds, it just disappeared. I couldn't believe we had gotten all of this activity at the pet cemetery. I stood in awe at all of the feelings I had. I felt sadness, and I wanted to help all of them.
As I made it to the back of the cemetery, I came upon a gravesite I had visited a couple of years back. I had a friend who was a police officer, with the Trenton Police Department. His police dogs are at rest in the pet cemetery. He had taken me to the pet cemetery a couple of times to visit. He put up a monument to them. I always thought about them, because I had met a couple of his police dogs before they had died. It was sad, because he loved his dogs more then life itself. I decided to visit them while I was in the cemetery. An interesting thing happened. I had turned around to go when Bob said "whoa", again the EMF went crazy. I could feel a spirit around me. It only lasted for 30 seconds, and it was gone.
We had decided to take more pictures before leaving. I don't know what it was, but the hair on the my neck stood up. Something was not quite right. At that point I had decided to leave. I don't like getting those kinds of feelings. It wasn't the spirit of an animal, it felt like a man standing behind me. It kind of freaked me out, but before I left I prayed for the animals to find peace, and asked them to go to the light. I hope they did.
Our pets hold an attachment to us during the animals life, but it can still hold an attachment after death. When they pass, it's a good idea to help them, just as we do for friends or family. Animals have souls just like any other living thing. We are apart of a living universe, and the spirit of God resides in all of it. Please don't forget about your pets. Tell them it's OK to cross over to the other side. Death can be confusing to animals too, not just humans. The pets in the pet cemetery are confused, and looking for their owners, hoping one day they will return for them.

Astrology Forecast for September 2013 - General Tendencies for All Sun Signs
The first twelve days of September may be a little difficult with Mars focusing his potency on a few different outer planets. Mars is energy, so we may be feeling extra tired, or we may find ourselves working harder than we expected. But, all will be changing by Yom Kippur, September 14th, and life should be shaping up nicely by the UN International Day of Peace, September 21st. Be careful not to overspend after the Fall Equinox on September 22nd, because you will probably need that money in October.
The Sun and Pluto will be singing together on Sunday, September 1st, encouraging us to make some changes, but Mars and Neptune will not be cooperating. Some of those changes may end up looking ridiculous. We may decide to spend Labor Day, Monday, September 2nd, on the couch. Energy will be low, so keep plans to a minimum.
The week of September 3rd, may bring a burst of energy with the Virgo New Moon on Rosh Hashanah, Thursday, September 6th, but for the most part, we may find it difficult to do simple tasks. Postpone what you can.
Our optimism and our dreams should increase over the weekend of September 6th, with the Sun and Jupiter shaking hands, but energy will still be a problem with Mars picking on Saturn. Get out and have as much fun as you can on Friday, because duty may begin to call by Saturday, September 7th. We could get very passionate about those duties on Sunday, September 8th, and a few arguments may arise. Some may even lose their tempers and get out the nuclear weapons. Be gentle!
Monday, September 9th, will probably be a "Blue Monday," so try to keep your schedule light. Postpone what you can until after Thursday. We may find ourselves feeling restless throughout most of the week, and a feeling of unease could be "creeping us out." Stick to routine activities as much as you can, and don't be afraid to ask for help. Things should improve by the quarter Moon on Thursday, September 12th.
Our energy will return, and we will be ready to "get down to business," as the weekend of September 13th begins. Yes, September 13th is on a Friday. There could be some minor mistakes, but I don't think many will be dealing with any major bad luck this Friday the 13th. In fact, productivity will be the tone for the weekend. Many will be ready to work hard, and business transactions should go well. Some may get a little temperamental on Sunday. Think before you speak.
The week of September 16th will begin with the Moon void of course. This means that we may not be in the mood to listen or talk. Monday will be a good day to work alone. Reschedule any important meetings, if you can. The Moon will enter dreamy Pisces by Tuesday morning, September 17th, and we will be ready to make some changes in our lives... NOW! Many will be taking the initiative and doing what they know is morally correct in their hearts. Our psychic intuitions could be off the scale as we will approach the Pisces Full Moon on Thursday morning, September 19th. This will be an excellent week for helping others and getting the help we need. Some of us will make some major transformations in our lives.
Pluto will be at direct station while dancing with Saturn as the weekend of September 20th begins. Our self-discipline will be strong, but there could be some unexpected upsets to deal with. Those with dominate Scorpio in their charts could be dealing with some big challenges. We should be ready to slow down our pace and enjoy the fruits of our labors by Saturday evening, September 21st. Sunday, September 22nd, the first day of Fall, will be a great day for parties and shopping. People will be polite, and we may discover some very beautiful items.
The week of September 23rd begins with another void of course Moon. This time the Moon will be void of course in methodical Taurus, so we really won't feel like talking. It will be another great Monday to work alone. The Moon will be in Gemini by Tuesday morning, September 24th, and we will be ready to do it all! Tuesday and Wednesday will be great days for conversations, running errands, competitive games, and two of everything. The Moon will enter Cancer on Thursday afternoon, September 26th, and emotions will become more prominent. There could be some extra rewards coming our way.
We may get extravagant over the weekend of September 27th with Venus and Mars not cooperating. Think twice before you spend. Love affairs and relationships may not be all that important this weekend either. The Moon will enter playful Leo on Sunday, and it will be a great day for some entertainment. Maybe catch a show, or watch a movie on the couch. Romance could return to our lives by the last day of the month, Monday, September 30th, but there could also be some conflicts in plans. Try to stay flexible.
Changes, conflicts, and delays are ahead for October with a lunar eclipse, Mercury turning retrograde, and Uranus squaring off with Pluto again. Check back next month to find out more.

Will I get promoted? Will I get that job offer I've been pining for, or will I get passed over once again? What canI do to increase my odds of getting a higher paying position, without having to wait weeks, months or even years for a job I truly want, deserve and NEED to succeed?
What does the UNIVERSE, or my karma, or my astrological alignment need from me to help me get what I need to support myself, and my family... in a healthy and hopeful way?

The truth is, as an empathic intuitive, spiritual coach and "karma" consultant, other than love and relationships, we get more questions about career mobility (and money) than just about anything else.
And why should that be surprising?
After all... other than your love life, and your health... there is probably NO more important area of life that we need to succeed than our work.
That said, for many people... spending a lifetime working for a boss they don't like, in a job they are overqualified to do, for wages they don't deserve is the NORM, rather than the exception. I truly can't imagine living a life that required me to do work that I hated, for the perpetual promise of something better... only to find that life, and my true PASSION and purpose passed me by while I stood on the sidelines and waited for the big "promotion" to happen.

To me, the REAL success secret in any endeavor of life is to be passionate, curious and creative with whatever you focus on. And Jamais Vu is the spiritual principle that teaches us to approach EVERYTHING we do in life as if its as the very first time we did it. (and with creative, curious and childlike eyes) While I CAN'T really describe it in great detail here due to space limitations, think of it as the opposite of "deja vu" or the "groundhog day effect", where every day (and every task) feels like a repeating of the previous. When you look at life through NEW eyes, each and every day... you radiate a spirit of success that other people can't ignore, and naturally want to reward. (and have you around as much as possible as well)
2 - Change Your "ME" Manifestation into MEANINGFUL Manifestation (make it matter)
The biggest enemy of achievement and advancement in life (and work) is the idea of attracting abundance for YOU. What I call "ME" manifestation. If you truly want to attract unlimited abundance in your life... look to manifest meaningful things for the "we"... or your extended network or community, and not for "me". (or in this case, You)
So many law of attraction and spiritual success teachers are prone to strategies that are all about the individual... whereas the REAL rules of the universe, and of natural law, state that those who are most likely to contribute to the community, are those that are most likely to be rewarded by it as well.
Of course there are many more things you can do to increase your spiritual success... and your monetary and career path success as well. But if you do nothing else today other than apply these two ideas in the workplace, when you show up for work this morning or tomorrow... and you make them into daily habits that guide you, I promise -it will be the best investment you've made in your future... both in this life, and the next as well!

New Moon in Virgo - Clean Out Your Closets!
I find that whenever I discard something that I no longer need or haven't used in a long time, something better and more appropriate for me soon comes into my life. I let go of owning a house and a car when I left NZ, and now I feel much freer just renting a very small room and owning no car. It's cheaper, less responsibility and if I really need a car, there are several car-sharing schemes where I can either get one for a few hours or a few days very inexpensively. It's much less hassle than having to maintain the whole thing.
In fact, I think sharing resources is the way of the future. We don't need to own everything ourselves. When we come into this world, we don't own anything, but gradually we acquire things that we think are indispensable to our well-being. What a wonderful surprise it is when these so-called important things are taken away from us, or we choose to get rid of them, and we find that our lives are better as a result. This has certainly happened to me with my move from New Zealand to Austria.

This New Moon falls in my 8th house which means I need to take a fresh look at my financial situation, especially anything relating to banks and financial institutions. I had quite a shock this morning when I went to pay a couple of bills with cash at the bank, and their fee for the privilege was 9 Euros! (USD$12.00). I had no idea that my bank charged me such a large sum for paying a bill in cash.
So I went across the road to another bank, and they wanted an even bigger fee!

Astrology for Personal Growth: 4 Simple Steps for Using the Moon to Reach Your Goals (Powerful!)
You can use the natural cycles of the Moon as a guide to making decisions that bring you closer to your life goals.
And you want all the help you can get in achieving your goals, right?
While working with the Moon can be very involved and detailed, you can jump in right now and start reaping the benefits while you learn more. I have four easy steps for you that will allow you to begin working with Lunar energies right away.
Step One: Use the New Moon to Set a Goal.
The New Moon is the time of the month when the Moon is completely dark. You may have noticed the faint shadow of Moon in the afternoon sky. That is a New Moon and it is a powerful time for new beginnings.
It is good to pay attention to what sign the New Moon is in, because information about that zodiac sign can help you choose an intention to focus on with the New Moon, but if you are a beginner with astrology, don't worry about that yet -- Moon work is so easy you can learn as you go.
Just use this dark Moon time to think about what you want to bring into your life. Do you want to improve your personality? Do you want to meditate more often? Do you want to improve your diet? Or maybe you want to get a raise at work?
Your Moon goals can be physical, emotional, spiritual, financial, or more. You choose what you want to accomplish with the New Moon. Just make sure it's something you could accomplish in a couple of weeks. If your goal is too big for a Moon meditation, see if you can figure out a smaller "bite" you can take in the moment that will move you closer to your big, long-term goal.
Step Two: Use the Waxing Moon to Work Toward That Goal.
The word "waxing" means "getting bigger" and that's what the Moon is doing after the New Moon. The Moon goes through a Crescent phase, then the First Quarter (a Half Moon), then a phase called Gibbous where it is bigger than Half but smaller than Full.
This Waxing Moon time is a time for you to really get to work. While the Moon is increasing, she is lending her energies to you so that you can also increase on your journey toward your goal.
There are more details to this stage that you can learn later, but for now you should just pay attention to the size of the Moon and pay attention to working toward your goal and really open yourself up to that Lunar energy that is helping you along your path.
Step Three: Use the Full Moon to Accomplish Your Goal.
I think we all know what the Full Moon is! You've seen her, shining and glorious, huge and orange on the horizon as she rises or remote and silvery when she rides high in the night sky.
The Full Moon is the accomplishment of the Moon's growth and this is the time for you to harvest your own growth that you have been focusing so intently on for the last two weeks.
Were you working toward perfecting a yoga asana? This is the time to really dig in and see how long you can hold that posture! Were you working toward becoming a better writer? This is the time to write that great essay! Were you working toward becoming more attentive to your partner? This is the time to plan that special dinner with candles and something special for dessert.
Really work those Moon energies now! Again, if you are a more experienced astrologer, you will want to look at the zodiac sign the Moon is in when New and Full because you can find more wisdom there. You will often be surprised to see how neatly those two signs fit together. It can really bring home the understanding of how the Moon is helping you grow in every way she possibly can.
Step Four: Use the Waning Moon to Reflect On What You Have Learned.
Finally, the Waning Moon is that time when the part of the Moon that is shining grows smaller and smaller as the Moon heads back toward becoming another New Moon (with another opportunity to set an intention for growing your life bigger!)
The Moon will pass through the Disseminating phase (the opposite of Gibbous), the Last Quarter (the other Half Moon), the Balsamic (the waning version of the Crescent Moon) and finally back to another New Moon.
This is a time of learning and adjustment. Figure out what is working and what is not working with respect to your chosen goal. Fine-tune your process. Reach out to others and discuss your results. Give back to the universe by sharing your results and teaching others the Moon lessons you have learned this month. Let go of what isn't working for you. Incorporate your efforts into your being and prepare yourself for another Moon and another astrological journey of personal growth.

How to Remember Your Past Lives (The Easy Way To Get PROOF You've Lived Before)
There are many cool ways to remember your past lives. And believe it or not, there are many smart, serious and scientific people who have become convinced that not only have THEY lived a past life (or many past lives) but that the ideas of karma, and LIFE purpose are not spiritually silly concepts... but genuinely critical signposts for living a meaningful life as well.
In other words... don't believe those people who want you to believe that everyone who remembers a past life thinks they were King Richard, or Cleopatra, or some sort of famous celebrity in a previous incarnation. Instead, the VAST majority of people remember absolutely ORDINARY lives while having a life changing and extraordinary experience!
So you want to remember your own past lives but you aren't ready to pay big money for a past life regression or have some sort of wild, wacky or weird experience?
The best place to begin is self directed meditation. And one of the most effective techniques for beginners is to gently lead yourself back, in a highly relaxed and focused state... to visualize yourself walking back in time until you get to your earliest memories.
As you go back to the time of your earliest childhood memories... there will become a door that you can open, which will lead you BACK, and through a threshold that precedes your current incarnation, and into a wild and wacky and wonderful world where this life begins and your previous one ends.
(usually, when a therapist or past life professional does this in a guided way, they will instruct you to go back in time to the "end of life scene" from your most recent past life, but you can certainly do this on your own without the need of outside guidance, although it can be helpful)
Of course the KEY to getting accurate memories and not just memories that are the byproduct of an overactive imagination is simple.
Verify. And validate. And really get involved in the experience of trying to get evidential information that supports what you saw in this state.
And consistency is important as well - e.g. - you don't want to have one incredible experience with a series of very vivid memories... and then never try again. (as something you recall ONCE could be an anomaly, whereas if you have recurring patterns in your past life recall, the likelihood is, the memories are far more likely to be genuine, and have a spiritual significance, rather than an imaginary one)

Always have fun. Keep your mind open... but DON'T let your brains fall out. Enjoy the journey - look for light and love on the spiritual path, and remember... what you DON'T get right this time, you are destined to try again in the next!
